This position will primarily focus on answering inbound calls and assisting customers with basic questions before directing them to the appropriate team member.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer and route inbound phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide a warm, positive first impression for every caller
- Assist with basic customer inquiries
- Support the team with light administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong customer service skills
- Clear and professional communication
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
Details:
- Part-time: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Flexible hours (minimum 20 hours per week)
